ICHIMONJI JINGASA. Samurai hat. Periodo Edo (1603-1867)

Lightweight, round shape, kanshitsu samurai hat. External flat, the surface is covered with black varnish with craquelure. In the front is a beautiful golden sign: Maru-ni-mitsu-ohgi-mon (three fans in a circle), on the sides are two kanji Hayashi (indicating the name of the samurai).
