ROYAK EFIM MOISEEVICH - Soviet painter, graphic artist, architect, designer. In 1919-1922. studied at the Vitebsk People′s Art School - Vitebsk Art and Practice Institute, since 1920 - a member of UNOVIS. Took part in exhibitions: UNOVIS (Vitebsk, 1921), the First Russian Art Exhibition (Berlin, 1922); Petrograd artists of all directions (Petrograd, 1923).
In 1922, together with Malevich and his other students, he moved to Petrograd. In 1924 - 1926. worked at GINHUK (trainee, then a research assistant at the FTO). In 1927 he moved to Moscow. In 1934 - 1941. and 1948 -1954 worked in the architectural studio of the Vesnin brothers, took part in their projects.
Member of the Great Patriotic War. In 1945 -1948. worked at the All-Union Scientific Research Institute of Glass, developed projects for lighting fixtures for metro stations. In 1954 -1974. served as the chief artist of the Kiev district of Moscow.
1991 - personal exhibition in Germany (Bochum, Ludwigshafen).
